Special Projects (Revolutionary Policies)
PopCo (Population-Growth Control)

PopCo stands for 'Population-growth Control'. Its objective is to raise the quality of life of States who accept to follow restrictive demographic policies. Extremely effective, PopCo reduces social instability by offering more ressources to people while gaining more time to solve economic and environmental issues related to population growth. While it is true that industrialized countries already benefit from the effects of low birth-rates without implementing restrictive demographic policies, immigration flows are not coupled to demographic policies and the cultural underlying factor determining population growth may not be constant over time. Another hurdle is the growing share of elderly in Society. However, an open-ended demographic policy that supports larger families cannot be a long-term solution to the problem, as we would be jumping over immediate obstacles with measures causing new obstructions over time. See PopCo

Individual Pension Fund (IPF)

Under the IPF regime, people are given a share of the nation's resources by prioritizing the composition of individual funds from three different sources: private savings, employer's contributions and public aid. Once a minimum level of IPF is reached, individuals should have the means to retire early by profiting only from the interest payments of their funds. The ultimate goal of the IPF regime or Social Refund Service (SRS) is to accelerate the age of retirement from 65-67 today, to 30 or 20 in the future. See Individual Pension Fund

Odd Projects
Oecomenic Interventionism (OI)

Religious fondamentalism is this world's most serious threat to peace. Islamism - see When History Repeats - and terrorism are said to be directly related to US presence in the Middle East and Western support for Israel. While a complete withdrawal of US presence in the Middle East or a weakening of Israel's military position cannot be seriousely considered, compensatory measures that break arguments in favor of a 'Holy War' must be thought of. One such measure may well be OI or a more active oecomenic role in Middle East affairs that provides for a common understanding on achieving common objectives. For example, reviving one of the Old Testament's prophecies, one that foresees the upcoming of the Moshiach (jewish interpretation of Messiah) would a kind of hope that no one would dare challenge, not even extremists. However 'enormous' this may sound, suggestions as to who could incarnate that peaceful figure are given in Recognizing the Messiah. These suggestions are based on what is said about these people and/or on what these people think of themselves.
