State of Relations with the West

The United States sacred-alliance with Israel is likely to remain untouched under Obama's presidency. US State-Secretary Clinton in her last comments signaled she aligns herself with US traditional views on the matter, which brings the prospects for peace in the Middle-East practically to a stop. Evidently, the continued denial of the root causes of the conflict will stimulate terrorist activity, at probably a higher human cost.
