It is sometimes difficult to appreciate how significant an impact policies may have on people's quality of life. This section, therefore, provides links to news that result from Anti-Primary Policies (A-PP).
Where Liberals and new technologies did not express irrational exuberance to topple moderate governments, Islamists fight for power with weapons in what can be
described as Islamic Conflicts. Some of these conflicts take place in Somalia, Nigeria and Yemen. News in Library 2012 - Islamic Conflicts.
Revolutions that aim at toppling governments and political systems are inacceptable, because of the life-threatening situations and the instability they cause over time.
Protesters and leaders who bolster 'network' revolutions create irrational exuberance or what Jerry Lee understands as 'populism'. Instead, leaders must focus on revolutionary policies - namely demographic and economic reforms impulsed by both the People and the State for their common interests.
Tyrans must go - not because they are forced to -, but because they must comply with the Laws of Nature to which they are bound, if they want to survive Time. That's the PowerV Revolution. News in Library 2012 and 2011 - Irrational Exuberance.
Military build-up and Intimidation in Eurasia (A-PP)
Military build-up in Russia, China, India, Pakistan and Japan is a worrying factor. While the Atlantic partners speak of how to implement self-defense systems and work to denuclearize the world, other emerging countries speak of getting access to nuclear technology and of rushing to strengthen their armed forces. This Eurasia arms race draws the biggest players, namely, Russia and China to follow suit in an endless vicious spiral. News in Library 2012-2010 - Military Build-Up in Eurasia.
State policies that defy international laws (A-PP)
Policies that defy international laws because of ego-politics or the interests of one nation above others, are contrary to gw's principles that guarantee global stability and safety. If diplomacy fails, states that implement such policies must be isolated economically, politically and militarily. Read gw's strategy for containing Iran geographically in Iran Containment 2009. See also The Case of Iran in Anti-Nuclear Proliferation policies. News in Library 2012-2008.
In line with Jerry Lee's strategy for Iraq, the bulk of US troops (120'000) finally left the country with a USD 1 trillion bill to tax payers. For what? Peace cannot be imposed upon people with the use of violence. Now, the vacuum of force caused by a troop withdrawal most probably will destabilize the Iraqi federal government, and split the country apart over time. Whatever the political outcome, the remaining soldiers stationed in the coutry should focus on their true mission: fight international terrorrism. In the process, military assistance should be given to supportive Iraqi regions. This strategy may also be followed in Afghanistan. Read Iraq must partition to express its true specificities, and Afghanistan must stand on its own feet. Casualities in Iraq confirmed by the Pentagon from USA today. News in Library - Occupation.

Policies that nourish Pakistan as a world hotspot for islamization (A-PP)
Western influence on Arabs remains strong and undefined, which reinforces Islamism or Islamic religious nationalism around the world and clashes with human aspirations for peace - see When History Repeats. In this section ofState of Affairs, Pakistan is presented as a world hotspot, a result of Western failure in international politics, a center of rampant islamization in the world. It gathers news that undermine the state's stability and ability to control its nuclear arsenal. Jerry Lee likes to remind, that current global islamisation cannot be stopped without a commitment from all parties to solve the following underlying issues:
the Israelo-Palestinian conflict,
US disproportionate economic interests and political influence in the Middle East,
a lasting war against the Taliban that directly affects civilians, and
International opposition to national self-determination rights (A-PP)
PKK, IRA, Tamil, HBatasuna or Taliban militants are broadly recognized as terrorists. Authors of terrorist acts must be brougth to justice. However, Jerry Lee defends the rights of people to national self-determination. As such, the feasibility of these rights must be studied openly by international, specialized bodies and under gw's conditions to lower tensions between states and minorities and offer viable alternatives to a violent movement of independence within states. News in Library 2012-2008 - Self Determination.
It is not enough to agree on CO2-emission reductions by lowering the use of fossil-fuel energies, if the latter are compensated by other dangerous non-renewable sources of energy. States must satisfy current needs for energy with safe, renewable sources, and abandon nuclear energy. For example, States could sastisfy a share of electricity needs with solar energy. Another share could be satisfied by replacing current oil-fueled vehicles with cell-fuel engines that use pure hydrogen. While pure hydrogen is a zero-emission source of energy, the techniques that produce the fuel must be made more environmentally friendly. Included in this chapter is the misuse of environmental biodiversity like the illegal killing of dauphins, whales and tigers, and policies that are condemned by international environmentalists like Greenpeace. Look here for a nuclear map. News in Library 2012-2008 - Environment/Biodiversity.
Maintaining a cycle of violence in the Israelo-Palestinian conflict (A-PP)
The cycle of violence can only be broken by working on a peace plan. To expect peace to settle before working on it, is unreasonable. Even with a peace agreement at hand, peace cannot settle on a sheet of paper, it is something that needs time and sacrifices to implement. News in Library 2012-2008 - Israelo-Palestinian Conflict.
