Gw also records statements from leaders and distinct individuals. Gw designs and promotes policies based on primary values, from a self-made theory dubbed Developmental Psychology. Globwatch Awards The Globwatch Awards is a prize given to selected individuals or organizations believed to have best incarnated Globwatch's spirit and primary values, in their particular fields of interest. The Globwatch Award is a recognition of an individual's achievement, to gw's best knowledge. The Winners may or may not agree with gw's policies and views. Since gw grants no financial reward to the award winners, the prize has not been formally awarded or accepted by the concerned, and gw ignores, if the winners are informed of their presence in this website. ZerOvalue File The zerOvalue file does not intend to criticize individuals, but to discuss and understand their comments, sometimes attitudes in light of gw's primary values. The file is devided into 'light' and 'heavy' areas. The distinction of these terms is clear. The first file corresponds to comments from rather innocent individuals whose attitude may have a negative social impact and may not be illegal. By contrast, the second file relates to attitudes with a deeply damaging social impact, and are considered criminal offenses by the law.
